BANK PHB, a leading commercial bank in The Gambia will is now officially known as Keystone Bank (Gambia) Limited. This information was revealed by Mr. Darlington Lawson, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank in a press briefing that are part of activities to herald the rebrand and name change of the bank at the bank’s head office located at Kairaba Avenue.
The new name replaces Bank PHB, being a strategic intent that is aimed at aligning international subsidiaries with the parent brand. Keystone Bank is a full service commercial bank with head office in Lagos and has over 200 branches in Nigeria and Africa. The brand activation presents the bank in a stronger position and unique platform to demonstrate its continuing commitment to providing innovative banking solutions to esteemed customers that aims making banking a delightful and exciting experience for all.
Mr. Lawson also assures the public that Bank PHB branded transaction documents, including cheque books, deposit slips, promissory notes and documents evidencing obligations on the part of the bank shall be allowed a transition period to be pushed out and exhausted, while also revealing the desire of the bank to expand to expand its branch network operations.
