Appearing before the court, Gift John, the accused person pleaded not guilty when the charge sheet was read out, she said: ‘’I didn’t break any Bwinnermachine.’’

Then I rushed to the police station and reported the matter. When the  policequestioned the accused person what was the problem she told them that I was gossiping her name .

However, the case was mentioned in court at 11am because the defender was not present in court at time, the magistrate had to raise up for ten minutes before the case will be called again for continuation.
