In the Gam Petroleum Corruption Scandal Trial at the High Court of the Gambia, Justice Haddy Roche, discharged and acquitted the accused persons Saihou Drammeh, (1st accused) and Lamin Gassama (2nd accused) on counts 6,7 and 8 for causing economic loss the government of the Gambia.

Justice Roche said the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie case to indicate that the accused persons committed the alleged crimes.

Justice Roche is currently ruling on counts 3,4 and 5.
