Ambassador Jammeh will be remembered for his positive stance in protecting the interests and welfare of the Gambian community promoting peace and maintaining a strong bilateral cooperation between The Gambia and countries he served as Ambassador.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs extends condolences to H.E Adama Barrow, President of the Republic of The Gambia, family and friends of the deceased and by extension the Gambian community in Sierra Leona. May his soul rest in perfect peace!
