I-Care Optics Vows Quality Services

Dr. Muhammad Mumstad Alam proprietor of I-Care Optics has assured to provide high quality and affordable services public with various eye disorders, adding that the new eye clinic will provide eye examination, frames, lenses, sunglasses and contact lenses to its teeming customers.

He made the statement at the official opening of the clinic held at Saffedeen on Wednesday June 15, 2022.

He disclosed that eye examinations will be conducted at no cost while a 25 percent discount will be provided to all patients with eyes disorders.

According to him, the eye care clinic is established within Serrekunda with the view to addressing the eye care needs of the people of the area, adding that many poor and vulnerable people find it extra hard to have access to eye care services outside Serrekunda.

The Indian born Doctor observed that people with diabetes, senior citizens and those frequently using computers, mobiles and television need regular eye examination to maintain their visions, recommending that eating vegetables and fruits as well as wearing sunglasses and lenses will go a long way to keeping their visions.

He said I-Care Optics will provide various services including eye care testing services, refraction (both objective and subjective), retinoscopy, refractometry,  adding that it also provide spectacles and accessories; frame branded and standard; sunglasses UV and polarized, photocromatics and arc lenses; tinted/polarized, blue max lenses among others.

Ahmed Jarju, a business strategist commended the officials of I-Care Optics for opening the facility within  the Serrekunda area, disclosing that many patients find it costly to travel to Senegambia and Banjul to acquire eye care services.

According to him, the proprietor of I-Care Optics is a renowned eye doctor who has worked in India and other parts of Africa, adding that the clinic is out to provide cheap, quality and affordable eye care services to their clients with a discount that is second to none.

Karamo Jobarteh, Amadou Drammeh and Abdou Karim Sankanu all expressed their joy over the establishment of an eye care clinic within their community, noting that the clinic will save families fortunes that they used to travel and sought out eye care services elsewhere.
