Many customers of GSM companies have been complaining that they are not getting value for money at all times. They claim that somehow the credit they buy do not sustain many calls. There is need for GSM companies to do internal inquiry of the ways and means customers could be defrauded and inform them on how they could avoid the schemes of fraudsters. It should be a deliberate policy of the GSM companies to serve their customers by stamping out megabyte or credit theft.
