His Excellency Adama Barrow, President of the Republic of The Gambia, has approved the Independent Electoral Commission’s request to declare Saturday, 15th April 2023, as a Public Holiday throughout the country for the upcoming Local Government Election. The approval was granted to allow all registered voters to vote in theirrespective wards.
