While he seized the opportunity to express his appreciation and profound gratitude for the trust bestowed on him by the farming community to represent them in addressing their plights at the level of the GCCI Board.

He said his portfolio is not only on agriculture but binding on exports and immediately after the inauguration of the new board, “I will try to have a meeting with all those sectors under my purview and discuss with them as what are the way forward in the interest of everyone.”

Mboge disclosed that he didn’t take the position because of money but because of the trust bestowed on him by the farming community to represent them fully in serving their interest at the GCCI Board. However, “I would honour that trust and make sure the farming community is well represented at the GCCI board. I will live up to expectation in the best interest of the people that I am representing at the level of the GCCI Board,” he further promised.
