The 208 pages of colouring, which is valuable to not only private readers but also teachers, researchers and academics perfectly highlights the complex universe and filled with elegant patterns, floras and other beauties.

Dawda, who also accurately highlighted the thoughtful meaning behind each of the 99 names of Allah in responding to The Point revealed: “I was first introduced to the 99 Names of Allah by my mum when I was young, so I naturally fell in love with the names because we used to go through the book together…”

Regarding the timeframe, Dawda disclosed that it didn’t take long to create the book, adding “when I came up with the idea, I designed the cover myself and outsourced the design of the interior out. It was completed within a month…”

According to Dawda, the “main purpose of the book is to make learning about the most beautiful names of Allah easy, accessible for both kids and adults… following in the footsteps of my dad”.

Even though the 99 names of Allah is currently available on Amazon worldwide and Ebay, the author also expanded by selling magazine, DVDs and sports cards. It further motivated him to launch Noor Books Gambia and collects and ships them back home.

Currently, Dawda’s goal is to have the book also available to children in The Gambia because it will be a very useful educational tool in both the Islamic and non-Islamic schools in the country”.

Consequently, the author, who committed to donate hundreds of copies to schools and Islamic institutions across the country also concluded that it was vital to reach out to organisations, institutions and other prominent Gambians to consider purchasing it in bulk and donate it to learning institutions in The Gambia”.
